Returns & Exchanges

At Kayser Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn lingerie in its original packaging with all hygiene stickers and brand tags intact to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
